Warranty Information
Each product is backed by a one-year international limited warranty starting from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, we provide free repair or replacement services for product failures resulting from defects in materials or manufacturing craftsmanship.
Warranty Exclusions
Free warranty services do not apply under the following circumstances:
Misuse & Modification: Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, physical impact, or unauthorized disassembly.
External Factors: Damage resulting from incorrect voltage, environmental conditions (e.g., extreme temperature or humidity), or other external forces.
Consumables: Wear and tear of consumable accessories, including the storage case and charging cables.
Proof of Purchase: Products without a valid proof of purchase, missing dealer stamp, incomplete information, or those obtained from unauthorized sources.
Registration: Failure to complete the online warranty registration or providing incomplete warranty data.
Warranty Service Process
Keep Records: Please safeguard your proof of purchase and warranty information.
No Self-Repair: Do not attempt to disassemble, modify, or repair the product yourself, as this will void the warranty.
